We installed this tile shower surround for a client who's an artist. She hand painted and glazed the flower pattern on these 4"x 4" porcelain tiles. Amazing!!
As we were finishing she told me her floor felt, "spongy" in front of her vanity and asked if we'd investigate.
We found the plumbers cut the floor joist when they ran new drain/water lines. It's literally a miracle no one fell through this second story floor into the kitchen!
Our remedy was to re-run the water and drain lines under the floor joist in the kitchen and box them in. (not pictured)
We then reinforced the damaged floor joist and installed a new tile floor.
Now that's a High 5 Home Solution!

We renovated an extremely outdated bathroom, turning it into a master-bath, after adding a new one in an over-sized laundry room. The Jacuzzi tub, tile surround with five recessed nooks and a custom shelf pushed this remodel over the top!

A simple tile tub-to-ceiling tile surround in a small bathroom.
The catch is, there used to be a window in that wall!
